The average human should eat fast food at least once a week,or at least a month.What the average human doesn't know is that this kind of food is called 'junk food',and are unhealthy to the human body.Canned food are also processed and most manufacturers add preservatives like salt.The mind thinks that the food is tasty but it will take its toll on the body sooner or later.Instead,my diet and any healthy Asian's diet should consist of a staple food:rice.Rice is not only healthy,it fills us up and gives us energy for the day.Likewise,nobody can survive on rice alone.Therefore,I also add vegetables,fish and meat to my diet.These food are rich in various vitamins and minerals,but too much of a good thing is a bad thing,so moderate your diet!
